The E-Coating Facility of Hekimoğlu Döküm has been in service since 01.03.2022.
Our facility is one of the rare facilities, that standardizes the quality and minimizes the human factor by using fully automation and allows mass production with its 2 automatic robots.
Our facility has demonstrated and documented the value to quality by acquiring the IATF 16949 certificate.
PRODUCTION
Fully automated production system with 2 robots.
Alkaline degreasing, phosphate coating and E-coating process using 14 pools
Standard quality with continuous testing in 14 pools.
Same quality in the first basket and the last basket with continuous additions using dosing pumps
perfect curing with a 6-basket oven capacity.
CAPACITY
2.000 tons and 40.000 pieces coating capacity per month.
1.000.000 m2 annual coating capacity.

All Tests in our facility are implemented and finished before the start of Production.
