Electrostatic Powder Coating Facility
Our Electrostatic Powder Coating Facility, established within Hekimoğlu Döküm, started operations on 11.09.2025.
The facility serves primarily in coating heavy industrial products and parts with high wall thickness, thanks to its modern infrastructure. The coating processes are carried out using robotic systems and manual applications.
In our advanced technology facility, powder-coating applications can be performed after surface treatments (oil removal + phosphate coating) or over electrophoretic coating (E-Coating).

- Plastic base automatic powder coating application booth with the opportunity for fast paint change
- Automatic paint recovery and paint center.

- U-tunnel type conventional curing oven.
- Coating part dimensions: 600 mm X 1000 mm X 1050 mm.

Quality Control
In our facility, comprehensive tests are conducted before all production processes begin to eliminate the risk of substandard production and ensure continuous high quality.

Painting Oven
The curing oven used in our facility ensures perfect curing of powder coating particles on the surface.
